Fees and insurance
I am not a member of any managed care panels - that is, I am considered 'out of network'. This need not be an obstacle to our working together; if you have out of network benefits, the detailed invoice I provide can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement. Please check with your provider for reimbursement rates, number of allowed visits per year, and deductible.
Fees are generally discussed at the first consultation; please feel free to express any financial concerns you may have. I have a sliding scale for those whose financial constraints merit a reduced fee.
I prefer that payment be made at each session.
I am happy to provide a weekly invoice, if you prefer to submit to insurance as we go.
